Does Your Baby Sleep Enough?

We all know that children, infants and teenagers need to sleep on cute baby pillows a certain amount of hours, but the million dollar question is how many. Fortunately, science has the answer for this.

A report published by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine reveals the number of hours each infant in baby infant clothes, child or adolescent must sleep every night. The recommendations in this regard can vary from 16 hours for newborns to 8 hours for adolescents. According to scientists, there are a number of hours it is appropriate for children to rest:

From 4 to 12 months: should sleep 12 to 16 hours every 24 hours including naps.

From 6 to 12 years old should sleep 9 to 12 hours every 24 hours.
Adolescents 13 to 18 years should sleep between 8 to 10 hours per day.

The research showed that children balance their internal clock to sleep the amount of certain hours, which benefits not only your health but also your mood in general. It is known that the boys in this way have a better performance, a great attention span, and greatly enhance learning and memory.


However, if not enough sleep and get baby accessories well prepared, research links it to injury, obesity, diabetes and childhood depression. Also, do not talk about the bad character they have!
